lyrics
I characterize this existence as a vicious circle.
It is full of uncontrollably moving water.
But even this grotesque substance sometimes
can not overcome some of the obstacles that arise in its path.
They are sometimes not fair.
Their minds are clouded with morals.
Even being in the temple of Themis.
They condemned listening to emotions.
But their insults, slander, fanabery did not concern my ears.
I listened to the funk by ignoring
the attempts to dissuade me from my truth.
It's easy to say without seeing the reasons for yourself.
I do not think that each of you has been in this skin.
But they need spectacles and a miserable piece of power.
To call himself a ruler of other people's destinies.
I ceased to perceive the hammer
blows on the podium again and again.
While listening to the funk in my head.
The ridiculous judges.
An absurd society.
They are sometimes not fair.
Their minds are clouded with morals.
Here you are justice only
as a sword and pen on the scales.
Have delivered a verdict of their essence.
Guilty of envy and vanity.
Sentenced by their miserable souls
The High Court does not appeal the sentence
And I fucking just listen to funk

Symphonic stuff in metal doesn’t make its way into my collection aside from a couple of early Cradle albums. The orch here though just ads to how huge this band sounds. It makes elements in the songs more immersive. There are plenty of breaks from orchestration where its in deathcore/slamming brutality mode. While not ignorant, the songs never play with time or get mathy making it accessible and memorable. Came out 2015? Impressed. Mitch Mitcherson
